Ink Creativity Association is the admired studio of renowned artist Wong Hau Kwei. The Repulse Bay-Hong Kong-based studio primarily serves to introduce contemporary Chinese ink art to the general audience. Wong Hau Kwei was a renowned ink painter. He came from Shanghai and was under the apprenticeship of famous ink artist Zhou Huang before settling in Hong Kong. In this vibrant city, he drew inspiration from Cantonese school and Contemporary aesthetics to establish his artistic style. Beyond his mastery as an artist, he is also an expert curator as to successfully organise numerous exhibitions in both Hong Kong and Beijing. Additionally, the studio has been a regular participant in INK ASIA, actively engaging with the event for several years.
